ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry in Crime No.8 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that FIR came to be registered against the petitioners in Crime No.8 of 2024 on 22.07.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(2) IPC, that the petitioners were arrested and released on bail and that the third respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit 2/4

that after coming out on bail, the third respondent has been harassing the petitioners to settle the entire amount. But the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have called for enquiry and there was no question of harassment.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
