ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 387, 506(ii) and 511 of IPC and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.93 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioner scolded the defacto complainant and also threatened her with knife. Hence, 1/3

the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and false case has been foisted against him. 4.On the ground that the petitioner is involved in 7 previous cases, the earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 20.02.2023. Now stating that out of the above said 7 previous cases, in three cases he was acquitted by the trial Court, this petition has been filed. Even though the petitioner is acquitted by the trial Court, the fact remains is that he extracted money from the defacto complainant.
