O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 23.04.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No.9936 of 2024. By the said order, this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation dated 19.02.2024 submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders.

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, finally, the learned counsel for the respondent placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 15.03.2025 stating that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the amounts due and payable to the petitioner towards gratuity, provident fund and pension arrears were already paid to the tune of Rs.2,02,292/-, Rs.3,83,236/- and Rs.10,07,787/- respectively and monthly pension at the rate of Rs.8,088/- is being paid from the month of February 2025.

3. In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.9936 of 2024, dated 23.04.2024.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 15.03.2025 and is of the view that any further amounts are due to the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law. The petitioner shall not be denied any such benefits merely on the ground of signing of the documents pursuant to the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in the contempt petition. All the issues are left open.
