ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner is figuring as 7th Accused in Crime No.1 of 2019 registered on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 120 B, 419 and 420 of IPC. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.10.2019. The petitioner is a doctor. He is having a son by name Mohammed Irfan. He applied for writing the NEET examination on 05.05.2019. But then, the petitioner's son did not write the NEET examination. Someone else wrote. This is a clear case of impersonation. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on the said date the petitioner's son was in Mauritius and he was not even in India. The petitioner is said to have arranged such impersonation through two brokers by name Rasidh and Vedhachalam. They are yet to be secured. Investigation is still pending.

CRL OP(MD). No.15990 of 2019 4.I find no ground to grant relief. This petition for bail stands dismissed.
