O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to the respondents to make necessary entries in Town Survey Nos.1306, 1307, 1308, 1309, 1238, 1239 and 1038 situated at Araichipatti, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District in the name of the petitioner as the hereditary trustee, based upon the representation made by the petitioner on 23.09.2015. Since the petitioner died on 14.02.2018, the application for substitution was filed and order was passed.

2.Hence, newly substituted petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3.With the above direction this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
