This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondent to correct the automatically generated penalty amount in the 1/4
petitioner's tax assessment No.115/040/903434 and to direct the respondent to return the penalty amount to the petitioner, which was paid by him.
2.Today (12.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also circulated a letter dated 08.12.2023 to that effect.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
