2. The limited scope of the writ petition is for a Mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to remove the vehicle JCB 2017 model bearing Registration No.TN-59-BP-1460 from block list in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.10.2019, within a stipulated period.

3. Pending the writ petition, after notice, it is stated that the above said vehicle has been removed from block list and hence, no order is necessary.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
