ORDER

Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The writ petitioner is a resident of Kolunthattu, Sasthavinallur Village, Sathakulam Taluk and Thoothukudi District. He files this writ petition for forbearing the respondents No.1 and 2 from constructing or altering the bus shelter of Polaiyarpuram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within the territorial jurisdiction of Kolunthattu, Sasthavinallur Village, Sathakulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District and further direct them to strictly follow the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in A2/3009/2013 dated 16-02-2014 as well as the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.17882/2014 dated 24-04-2017. 4.It is seen that the District Collector by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A12/3009/2013, dated 03.07.2019 issued the Work Order for the purpose of renovation of the existing bus shelter. 5.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the prayer in the writ petition is not maintianable. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the order of the District Collector. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
