Pleased to set aside the judgment and decree dated 10.01.2004 in A.S.No. 74/2003 on the file of Principal District Jude, Ramanathapuram reversing the Judgment and decree dated 20.10.2003 in O.S.No. 23/95 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram and decree the suit O.S.No.23/95 as prayed for.

ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C. MAHADEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The order of this Court dated 20.06.2023, has not been complied with. Hence, the petition to condone the delay is dismissed for noncompliance. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.(MD).Nos.4876 and 4877 of 2017 are also dismissed.
