ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier orders of this court dated 22.01.2024 and letter in D.No.732/2025 dated 24.04.2025 received from the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai., this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case C.C.No.631 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.732/2025 dated 24.04.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.631 of 2020 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.01.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
