Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner wants action to be taken against the third respondent for charging excess fare.

3. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the third respondent theatre itself has been demolished. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed. No costs.
