This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14467 of 2023 on 08.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition has been imposed upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the concerned trial Court. But the petitioner has not caused any damage to the house property in dispute. Hence, he prayed to modify the above said conditions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find no reason to modify the above said condition, because only considering the damage caused to the house property by the petitioner, the above said amount has been fixed. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
