As per the impugned order dated 02.08.2018, the petitioner was transferred from Thanjavur to Villupuram Registration District. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, after availing of medical leave for about six months, the petitioner had joined Villupuram Registration District.
