PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondent No.1 to withdraw complaint dated 12.08.2023 pending before the Respondent No.2 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquiry. O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 to withdraw complaint dated 12.08.2023 pending before the Respondent No.2 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the jurisdiction under which the above said occurrence taken place lies within Mattuthavani Police Station. But, however, the complaint is given before the Othakadai Police Station on 16.10.2023.

3.Let the above said complaint be forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Mattuthavani Police Station for further enquiry or investigation as the case may be, immediately. Let the petitioner appear before the Inspector of Police, Mattuthavani Police Station, and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry.
