PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action and pass final order to rectify the error in FMB Sketch in line with the other available revenue records as per Subdivision in S.No. 381/8C1, 8C2, Kodangipatti Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District thereby enabling the petitioner to enjoy his property as per title deed based on his representation dated 14.11.2017.

The petitioner with a grievance that there are some corrections in the FMB Sketch has approached the Revenue Divisional Officer,Theni and also filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to issue a suitable direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to make necessary corrections.

2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the enquiry is under process and a decision would be taken within 10 days. 3.Recording this submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Theni to consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision within a period of two 2/4
