Heard Mr.F.Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.M.Suri, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
2. By the impugned order of re-deployment as a surplus Teacher from the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District, to the existing vacancy, the petitioner is aggrieved and hence the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that pursuant to the re-deployment order dated 19.06.2018, the petitioner, who had joined in the Government Higher Secondary School at Thirukkarankudi, Tirunelveli District, has been working there ever since 2018 onwards. As such, it would not be appropriate to interfere with the impugned re-deployment order.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as on date, the student-teacher ratio in the original School has considerably increased resulting in change in the surplus status. If at all the petitioner is of the view that she could be taken back to the original School, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to make a proper application before the concerned Authority, ventilating her grievances.
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands closed.
No costs.
