ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.5108/A2/2015, dated 03.02.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Chief Educational Officer, Dindigul passed an order on 24.01.2020 permitted to have one Physical Education Teacher and in pursuance of that order, the fourth respondent is continuing to work as Physical Education Teacher in the petitioner School. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner continues to work in the same School.

In view of the subsequent development and there is no issue of excess in the post of Physical Education Teacher, this Court is of the view that there is nothing to adjudicate in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
