Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No.31935/C1/2014-2, dated 15.06.2015 on the file of the first respondent and the consequential communication in Letter No.S.5(2)/38549/2015, dated 27.01.2016 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Draughting Officer and Senior Draughting Officer with re-fixation of pension within the time stipulated by this Court.
