The present Writ Petition has been filed by the President of the Panchayat challenging the order passed by the District Collector, who was initiated proceedings as against the Panchayat President.

2. The tenure of the Panchayat President had already expired in the year 2016 and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ petition stands closed.
