PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to grant emergent leave and release the petitioner's brother, namely, Saravanan @ Kaliya Saravanan, who is a convict Prisoner (No.6446) who is in imprisonment in Central Prison, Madurai on Parole under terminally ill category for a period of 30 days by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2024.
