ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent No.1 forbearing the Respondents No.5 and 6 from interfering with the peaceful function conducted by the Petitioner of the Samarasa Suttha Sanmarka Sathiya Sangam, Dindigul District Palani Branch based on the Petitioner's representations dated 30.09.2022 and 16.10.2022. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the Respondent Police and the same was closed.

3.On perusal of the records, it is found that there are dispute between the Trustees of the Trust and the relief for the dispute has to be obtained from the competent Civil Court.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
