PRAYER :- To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to allow the vehicle movements in the 4 car streets of Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple situated at Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District for the purpose of dropping and pickup for the welfare of the pilgrims.
