2. In spite of the above said order, even now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that he is going to file additional typed set of papers and seeks further adjournment. This is not at all permissible at this stage. The revision petitioner is not at all entitled to get adjournment. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
