ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry against the respondents 2 to 9 as per the orders of the Land Commissioner, Chennai, through proceedings dated 10.02.2020 after affording an opportunity to the petitioners.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 1 and 4 died during the pendency of this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the enquiry was already conducted by the first 2/4
respondent after affording opportunity to all the parties. A report dated 03.10.2023 has also been forwarded to the Land Commissioner, Chennai. A copy of the same was also placed before this Court.
4. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
