PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for records in pursuant to the impugned notification for TNSET-2016 issued by the third respondent as it is appointed by 1st respondent as nodal SET Agency for Tamil Nadu and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 & 2 to issue qualification certificate to the petitioner for TNSET-2012.

2. As per the impugned notification, the last date for submitting online application was 10.02.2016 and the examination was held on
