PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the pending civil suit in O.S.No.39 of 2018 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District by unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members against law under guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the pending civil suit in O.S.No.39 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District by unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members against law under guise of enquiry

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case / no petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of suit in O.S. 39 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.
