ORDER

The revision has been filed as against the order of maintenance in M.C.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, dated 01.02.2018, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners, who are the parents of the respondent.

2.The petitioners are the parents of the respondent. Since the petitioners could not able to maintain themselves, they filed a petition for maintenance in M.C.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai 3.On the side of the petitioners, they had examined P.W.1 to P.W.4 and marked Ex.P.1 to Ex.P.14 and on the side of the respondent, R.W.1 to R.W.8 were examined and marked Ex.R.1 to R.26.

4.On perusal of the oral and documentary evidence, the trial Court dismissed the petition. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision.

5.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that both the petitioners died.

6.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
