ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.11.2022 and upon perusing the Letter in D.No.80/2023, dated 27.01.2023 received from the Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai (FAC), seeking further time to dispose of the suit in A.S.No.31/2013 this Court made the following order:

From the report of the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, it is seen that the learned Judge has heard the matter on 09.01.2023 and has posted the case for pronouncing judgment on 24.01.2023. However, without pronouncing judgment, the learned Judge has suo-moto re-opened it on 24.01.2023 and posted the same on 14.02.2023 for clarification. Citing the above said reasons, the learned Judge has sought for further period of 3 months for disposing of A.S.No.31 of 2013. The request made by the learned Judge for a further period of 3 months for pronouncing judgment is deprecated when he has already reserved the judgment on 24.01.2023.

2. The learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai is directed to dispose of the case on or before 28.02.2023 and report back to this Court.
