Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent herein dated 29.01.2016 regarding the auction dated 11.02.2016 published in Dhina Malar Daily News Paper and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's house. The petitioner has availed a loan from the first respondent. Since he failed to pay the due amount, an auction notice was issued by the first respondent on 29.01.2016 and the same is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending this 2/4

writ petition, the petitioner has settled the entire due amount to the first respondent and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
