This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to comply with the order of the learned II Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli and to register the case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner to the first respondent on 05.11.2017.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17133 of 2019 2.On the direction issued by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.588 of 2019, dated 26.02.2019 to refer the complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to the first respondent, the first respondent till today did not register any case as against the accused persons.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to register the FIR as against the accused persons as directed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.588 of 2019, dated 26.02.2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
