ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.135 of 2016 and dispose the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side )would submit that some of the witnesses have been examined in this case and the trial is going on.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No. 135 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on the hearing dates,the trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
