Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is said to have carried out civil works for the Madurai Corporation. The petitioner wants the respondents to return the deposit amount. The petitioner has already given representation dated 03.08.2023 in this regard. The respondent is directed to pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
