ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the first respondent in order No.047881/HR5/SETC TN/2015/2826, dated 16.12.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner got an order of interim stay against the impugned order of transfer. Subsequently, in the proceedings of District Collector in e.f.vz;: 007/2022/gm6, dated 25.02.2022, the petitioner was promoted as Officer Assistant and transferred to Tahsildar Office, Madurai West. It is submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner challenged his transfer as Village Assistant. Since he is now promoted and transferred, there is nothing survives to adjudicate in this writ petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
