ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been given promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer, but states that they are still aggrieved because their salary has not been re-fixed to the said post. That is the separate cause of action. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty of this Court to seek for re-fixation of the petitioners' salary.

2.Liberty is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
