ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to dispose O.S.No.81 of 2023 within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The notice to the respondents is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

3. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed as early as in the year 2023 and has been repeatedly adjourned at the request of the defendants, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
