O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court, by order dated 11.11.2022 in W.P(MD)No.16267 of 2017

and batch, has set aside the order dated 05.09.2011 passed by the first respondent in I.D.No.36 of 2009 and batch.

2. The learned counsel contends that the same ID is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

3. Consideration of the submission of the learned counsel that already the ID challenged in the present Writ Petition is set aside by this Court earlier, in my considered view, no purpose will be served by continuing this writ proceedings and this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

5. No costs.

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
