Mr.S.Anwar Sameem, learned counsel on record for the lone writ petitioner submits that the lone writ petitioner is no more and the date of demise is 13.12.2019. Learned counsel submits that the captioned writ petition being a challenge to appointment of an Executive Officer under the Tamil Nadu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 1959) has become infructuous owing to the demise of the writ petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Though obvious, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter and all the questions raised in the captioned writ petition are left open.

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
