ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.14 of 2019 in Ar.O.P.No.934 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Nagercoil, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner, who is the decree holder, has filed an execution petition in E.P.No.14 of 2019 for executing an award passed in Ar.O.P.No.934 of 2017 and the same is pending for the past four years without any progress.

4. Considering the fact that the award was passed in 2017 and the execution petition is pending for the past four years, the learned Principal 2/4

District Judge, Nagercoil is hereby directed to proceed with the enquiry in E.P.No.14 of 2019 in Ar.O.P.No.934 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
