ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(i), 5(j)(ii) r/w. 6 of POCSO Act,, 2012 in crime No.04 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner being a married man had physical intercourse with the victim child and that the fetus was thereafter aborted and even the DNA sample was taken and RFSL report is awaited and the investigation is over and the charge sheet has also been filed, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on bail.
