2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that now investigation has been completed and final report is made ready and presented before the concerned Court, after completing the official formalities.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the first respondent police after completing the official formalities shall file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved by the contents of the final report. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with the above said liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
