Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Revised Provisional Selection List dated 18.10.2019 published in the official website of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal insofar as not selecting the petitioner under SC(A) category or SC(A)(W) category in the unfilled vacancies and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner in the post of Special Teacher (Drawing) under SC (A) (G) category or SC(A)(W) category on the basis of the total marks secured by the petitioner in any of the unfilled vacancies shown in Madurai

Corporation or Coimbatore Corporation or Social Defence Department within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
