This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for lands in Survey No.1045/1A in Nadumangalam Village, Dindigul, by considering the Application No.2024/0105/13/408011 dated 29.04.2024. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that her application, dated 29.04.2024, seeking patta for the lands in S.No.1045/1A in Nadumangalam Village, Dindigul, has not been considered by the respondent. Therefore, she was constrained to file this petition. 2/5

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application is under process and after getting report from the concerned Revenue Inspector, necessary orders would be passed by the fourth respondent.

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to pass suitable orders, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
