ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2022 pending on the file of the third respondent police and transfer the same and entrust the investigation to any other competent authority with a direction to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatty in C.C.No.50 of 2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
