2.The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that pending disposal of the writ petitions, the petitioners have paid the arrears and they have also started paying the revised rent. It is therefore submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.

3.The writ petitions stand closed, in terms of the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
