2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent has submitted that this notification was issued in the year 2016. All the posts stated in the notification are filled up. Even if anything is ordered under this writ petition, there is no vacancy.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they also have other issues in this writ petition and this Court leaving open all the issues to contest in future.

4. Therefore, with this liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
