ORDER

The petitioner is a widow and she had an grievance that her neighbour one Chokara Beevi, W/o.Beer Mohammed, has been illegally occupying a pathway and preventing her from having ingress and egress to her property. In this regard, she made a representation to the second respondent. Since the said representation was not considered by the second respondent, she is before this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that the pathway is her individual pathway and that has been obstructed by the third respondent.

3. Since the issue with regard to the pathway, the petitioner shall work out her remedy before the competent Civil Court by filing a 2/4

necessary suit.
