O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is the complainant in S.T.C.No.750 of 2020 on the file Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. The third respondent is the accused. It is a case arising out of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the bailable warrant was issued on 28.09.2021, till date it has not been executed. Hence, this criminal original petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that bailable warrant will be executed by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
