Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court, praying this Court, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in STC NO. 103 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Tirunelveli and quash the same ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Negotiable Instrument Act, Tirunelveli, vide Letter in D>No. 211/2022 dated 30.05.2022 this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2. It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 02.02.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.103 of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Negotiable Instrument Act, Tirunelveli, has sent a requisition, dated 30.05.2022, seeking further two months time to dispose the case.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant two months time as sought for by the learned Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.17859 of 2018 5.Accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the above case from today.
