PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.14944 of 2022: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of rejection of OTS proposal of the petitioner on the file of the 4th respondent dated 20.01.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to consider the One Time Settlement (OTS) proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 11.01.2022 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- These Writ Petition are coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 27.02.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by Debts Recovery Tribunal Madurai, dated 05.09.2023, seeking further extension of four months time for disposal of the case in Sarfaesi Application No.287 of 2020, this Court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Court, by order dated 27.02.2023, directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.No.287 of 2020, as early as possible, preferably on or before 30.04.2023.

2. More than four months have lapsed now.

3. A request letter, dated 05.09.2023, is received from the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, seeking four months time to dispose of the said S.A.No.287 of 2020.

4. In view of the reasons given in the letter, dated 05.09.2023, time is extended by four months from today, finally, for the disposal of S.A.No.287 of 2020. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted at any cost.
