[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 6 to 9 in S.Nos.159/4, 191/7 and 160/2 at Devathur Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have been removed. In support of his submission, he has produced a communication of the Tahsildar, Ottanchathiram in Na.Ka.4354/2018/,6, dated 26.09.2018 as well as the photographs.

4. The above said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader as well as the communication of the Thasildar, dated 26.09.2018 are not refuted

by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Thus, recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
